you did answer it. i was under the impression Skype's file transfer service was also direct peer-to-peer but you say othersie. if it is not, it does contain all the same features as you describe.
hell, i'll even download and use netizen just for this reboot project. ; )

skype is direct...but there is no reconnect feature... you have to be logged in and online.... with netizen you can retry again when online...
I think the reconnect as of right now is not automatic but the future versions will include that...

added one of my buddies... he uses that site all the time...
he could do all the wonderful ajax things I can't do. Heck we may even be able to do a full proto...

(Apr 26 06, 07:55)ahhhh but you can reconnect- i do it a lot. even sent a massive installed image of a project we were doing and when the other guy had to leave to go home, the second he launched skype again- it picked up right where it left off.
