Just stating a fact. Not sticking up for the guy. Most presidents have definite peaks and valleys... Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagan. Just seems this is all being blown a bit out of proportion.

I'm predicting that when 2008 comes along, Bush just won't leave. He's going to say, I'm the decider. I leave when I'm damn good and ready. And then he will quote a footnote in an appendix of the Patriot Act about how a sitting president can stay seated as long as it takes to defeat the terr'ists.
