Flash/IE issue

  I'm looking for a workaround for the Flash/IE issue where user has to click Flash once like an applet before they can interact with it.
  Links? advice? anything . thanks

  one of my friend just told me few days back that UFO (Unobtrusive Flash Objects) works pretty well, hope this helps -
