khilled a little less TV might do you some good. Go travel to Iraq for 3 months then come back and talk to me about how Iraq is going poorly and how they don't supposedly want us there.
- khilled0
i don't understand that has nothing to do with my point.
- khilled0

That is the "GLOBE" you speak of.
If you don't understand how France influences Europe you won't understand how that directly affects your "point".

The only global opposition to the war was from those countries who had thier hands in Husseins pockets...
From what I remember, option A was to isolate Hussein. That went on for 12 years without success. Option B was war... I dont remember any option C.

it isnt a war in the same sense ww2 was. its more like nam.

(Apr 18 06, 14:53)I have been to Iraq. You have not. Your opinion is based on media and mine is from experience. You trust the BBC and I trust my own eyes and ears.
You can try and speak from canada with dreams that America will fail but it is succeeding. You should hope for possitive things not negative.
Turn the TV off. Go travel.

i'm talking about the outrage that was quite apparent during the military build up and UN condemnation of the invasion and everything else...my point specifically was that many americans keep saying 'we' invaded 'we' didt his when it is really more complicated and diconnected a machine that did invade. governments act in totally self interested ways and arn't including you as a regular citizen in their agenda they just say they do

sean penn?

uhm Germany, France, China and Russia all had contracts with Saddam that were priceless to them at the cost of the US currency. Catch a clue khilled.

i remember a list of the 'cololition of the willing' and it was brought together by like 10 soldiers from italy and like 25 or so from australia. japans three soldiers pulled out after one was killed...i think the countries who didn't send any body were basically against it to begin with

Question: no it isn't.
mrdobolina: yes it is.
Question: no it isn't.
mrdobolina: yes it is.mrdobolina: So am i unpatriotic because I question the administration?
Question: No, you're just a paranoid freak that votes in fear and disagrees with the admin because you hate Bush.
mrdobolina: I am not the paranoid freak. You are. I care about what Europe thinks about me.
Question: Even though Europe declared war on our economy?
Jevad: Fuck you
mrdobolina: I love America but I hope Iraq wins the war. I love America but I hope that we get attacked so that I can blame Bush then say "I told you so". I love America but I hope we fail.
Question: That sounds just like love.
Jevad: Fuck off
Question02

'we' is an expression but you're beating around the bush if you use it in certain ways, don't throw it around

I lived in Bahrain for four years as a contractor. When Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa came to power in '99.
Their kind told me exactly what they thought of Iraq, Iran and the rest of these so-called 'Militant Muslim' countries.
They are a laughing stock to honest Arab Muslims. They HATED Saddam Hussein and everything he stood for.
Manama is beautiful this time of year. Great people.

ok khilled. we'll follow what Canada recommends from now on.
- thinman0
I believe the expression is something along the lines of,
'stop riding out coat/shirt tails'
- khilled0
you're confused by generalizations and political arbitrations
