Regular charge for banners?

hey all,
i was asked to design banners on a freelance basis and what i would charge per ad unit (theyre different sizes but include flash and/or audio elements)
i personally have no idea what a regular charge for such a thing is/should be
i was hoping someone could help me out a bit

I'd recommend you give them an hourly rate and explain how much time one ani will take compared to another

hey thismanslife just looking through yr photography, v nice I like it alot. are those colleries free to just walk around or do you need permission from someone??

Erm... *ahem*... I don't know to be honest! If they're unguarded, no dogs and no CCTV, I go in. A lot of places like that are just left for years to rot, they fence them off and leave them... but kids always break down the fences etc, there's usually a well trodden way in "round the back" at these places :) ...and thanks for the kind words!

"only on our doorstep" - yep exactly, and it's like the most real museum of an industry, ever. Quite creepy at times, jackets still hanging up neatly in changing rooms, desk drawers full of personal files, safety reports, strange facts and figures about the mines.
