I know of a new word we DO need, for the following definition:
to save the best bite of food for last / eat your meal in such a way that you are not left with the last bite being boring (ie: a piece of steak that you can tell is juicy and tender and perhaps with a bit of fat, instead of an interior piece that may be dry)
