anyone know of some decent UK printers that do decent biz cards and can offer mebossing too? its a nightmare looking for them on the web - all you get is loadsa cheap nasties offereing 1000 cards for 3p!...

yeh, used them before - no embossing as far as i can tell. and you have to be carefull with colours as they only offer cmyk which makes small txt a bit messy sometimes...
cmon, someone must have used a decent printer for biz cards and embossing?

I have just got a quote for 500 cards on 330 plike with a super diffuer holo foil on both sides for £166+vat
this the kind of thing you are looking for?

Don't think printing.com do embossing...however they are just a franchise so your local one might do.
Just been looking at a handbook by these:
They seem to do every finish you could ask for...£5 for a sample handbook.

ah, celloglas don't offer printing services! and they wont print individual biz cards as they only emboss stuff if it is at least A4 format, which they can then crop... i thought this would be an easy thing to sort...
