  I'm trying to build a game like the preloader for justforthefofit.com. does anyone know of some good tutorials or guidance on how to build one similiar to this?

  The game is pretty simple...

  For the random motion of the fairy just use any of the prebuilt tween engines out there and for the rotation of the arrow to the mouse use something like this:
