firefox and CSS arent playing nicely!!

help!
i cannot figure out this CSS f- up
check out the footer in FIREFOX, its displaying in the middle of my content.
all divs do not have a set "position"
IE works fine, until i give #footer a 'top' setting
check the code?
any ideas?-AJ

need to add, you can only see this problem on "contact"
it seems as if the form is overlapping the div...
maybe set z-index?

still no change whatsoever.
it seems like firefox is actually cooperating, but to make it look right in firefox, i have to put "top:450px;" into the footer's css.
then IE will push the footer 450px from the bottom of the last div. not the top of the div. which it should, since i am clearing the left, after the div BEFORE footer (if that makes any sense)

set the bg image on the container not the body...therefore it will end before the footer.
