I need someone to put together a website using CSS. I created a comp in photoshop but want the site to be something along the lines of sites on www.cssmania.comwww.cssbeauty.com etc... It needs to expand to different resolutions and needs to be quick loading and very user friendly.
Anyone out there interested? What is the general price range for this? Can anyone suggest any other websites to find quality CSS programmers?
I am a designer but pretty clueless when it comes to programming. Thanks in advance for your help!
