  placed an order almost 2 weeks ago - i upload my files, approve them, then have someone place a hold on my order because he thought the bleed was wrong. i approve it 3 more times and they place it on hold for the same reason without an email or notification it has been put on hold. i'm the designer, i know what i want it to look like.

  theiir customer service line makes you queue for an operator and has hung up on me 4 times after saying "you are next in line."

  what the fuck! don't order from these busters.
