favicon in Explorer

Not showing up in my address bar. I'm on a Mac. I posted my icon to the server, added the necessary code to the head of the page. Added the link to my favorites and dumped the cache. Still doesn't show up. But shows up fine in Safari and Firefox.

Is there some setting I'm missing in Explorer 5.2?
I'd like to see it working before I send it to the client for review.

in IE on a pc you need to bookmark the site before the favicon will show up. dunno if the same applies on a mac tho...
