most pressing plants have in-house printing and will cut you a package deal

Silk screening only goes so far, and only works for a certain size run. Otherwise you will be screening until the early dawn and going mad by the end of it.
Then again, it all depends on the cost of what you want to spend versus how much sanity you want to have left at the end of the project.
