CSS help

  i am a novice to CSS, so i just want to ask a quick question, if it makes any sense.
  Is there a way to use CSS code to have a link that opens in a frame on the same page, i.e. like an i-frame?? so you have several links opening in the same frame??

  is there any tutorials you could point me two?
