I have an interview today, and I keep reading these websites about what to wear (just to refresh my memory).
Every one of them say that a person shouldn't have a nose piercing and it's still best to wear a skirt. True?
I have a little nose stud, and I hate wearing skirts.
The interview is for a work-at-home job. I'll be required to answer questions by customers for an online store (which is managed by an IT company).
Thanks :)

that sounds outdated, to be honest, jaline. you can wear your nose stud and trousers, i would've thought. especially as you could do the job starkers and nobody would know the difference.

P.S. I think I'm going to go for busines casual, with khaki business pants and a black sweater (with a collared shirt underneath).

it will depend on how badly you need the job....(?) but for the interview you can remove the nose ring and wear business causal slacks and blazer that will work.

diamond in nose and a short skirt, sounds good, just don't do a white shirt and stockings - the school girl look could come off as desperate.

once i saw skirt i thought first it might be MX and i hd to scroll down...
jaline dress as good as you can, even if the workplace is covered with sneakers and ripped jeans and mesh half cut shirts from the 80s [not sure what style is in canada] :)
shave shower and smoke a joint!!!
if you are a designer dont put out your persoanl view of who you are by what you wear as people interview will always judge on appearance as well.
brush your teeth and look a lot more professional than you would oan any giben day.

khaki paants sounds too much like working at blockbuster video.
i would burn them all and just wear deep dark indigo denim.
do people still wear khakis???
scary!!!!

I mean off-white dressy pants.
I won't be wearing denim.
