Contribute Question

  I need help from a contribute person. Here is the issue... I have set up a .dwt and set up the users in contribute. This is very simple, they go to page, type in a word, highlight it, and "create link and new page" Then I get an error saying you can't do that in that region. But everything works after I publish.
