Anyone know what software would be able to create an effect similar to the image on the adobe afx packaging:
I want to create some semi/transparent panels in the same that the arcs are created on the afx box.
I would think photoshop would do it - but a lot of work to achieve the same quality - is there any plugins or owt?
I have tried looking on google for some other references for perspex/transparent etc... but the results are not really relevant!!!
Any ideas?

I would suggest that yeah you would have to put a little bit of work into it, with blending modes or if you have a 3D application you might be able to cheat a little and cue the depth slightly.
