I've decided to get my Masters in History, and I'm trying to decide if I should do it online or at a Uni here in CO.
Any thoughts?

history requires some hands on shit dude...what history are you doing? go there...meet people that are ancestors, read the sources in a archive etc...that's fukin history

do you not realize how cool it would be to be back in college...do it at the uni..the freshmen girls....and this being CO, a lotta rich trustafarians with POT.....and besides with your cool stories about Hong Kong and all things Mystical told with that sexy english accent...will more than make up for the fact that you are about to do Masters in History.

hahah - I don't have the time for that Zed...full time job and an 8 yr old, plus 2 dogs = limited time...which is why I was thinking online...but I ain't found anything kosher yet.
Would like to do a thesis on the Cinese Cultural Revolution, the effects Mao's legacy have had on Modern China...something like that...

As a person who has spent too much time in school, something like a History MA, should be done on a campus, and not online.

and seriously if you decide to go back to school..don't do the online shit...and i think it would be rocking if you kinda mixed your masters in history with a MFA....a comprehensive design project about Modern China...are you effin kidding me? this is gold, jerry! GOLD!!

I just question the worth of an Online degree. I would imagine that you are taking it for personal reasons, you would get more out of it through working one on one with teachers, and other students who have the same passion.

If you're that busy then you could do it online. The experience of going to an actual campus is great but you obviously have a life outside of school, unlike me, haha.
