My powerbook g4 15in boots just fine, but the top menu bar does not load up and my applications will not open. Give me and error. Does any know of this problem? Please Help!

can you open your console utility and read any of your logs? you might find some information on the main log window. read the log indexes for any strange behavior.

if it more than 6 months old i suggest you throw it away and buy a new one.
