i spent all of saturday working with my dad to replace a fixture in his bathroom. on the ride home my son asked if i liked working on "my house".
i hadn't really thought of it that way, but i guess he's sorta right.
i can see why you'd be a bit bummed about "your" house being sold. seems right.

i was a military brat, so I moved around every 2 years. There's nothing about military housing I would be sad about leaving.

i used to be buddies with a military brat.
his wife would freak out because occasionally in the middle of the night he'd start sleep-yelling in turkish.
good thing there aren't any bases around here. he'd have had to sleep-yell in white trash. ha!
