New Window on PC

  I'm trying to control the size of new windows opening from links on my Flash site using the ActionScript below, and it seems to work just fine on Macs, opening to the correct size and position and everything, but the links don't work at all on PCs, they don't launch the project or a new window, or anything, the page just sits there.
  Any ideas?
