IRA in addition is cool, that 401K if your freelancing is gold - it was a big help this year on my return.

IRA contribution limit is 4k.
with this one, salary deferral up to $15k, with max contribution of 25% of your income.
a lot better deal than SEP IRA or any IRAs.

They raised the max this year for the 401k... last year i think it was 14 this year 16... or something like that.
