What do you all got on Portland?
Design firms, bookstores, or anything else you all might be able to recommend.
Heading up there for the weekend for some coffee and riding (bikes) and want to make the most of the few days.

powell's you'll get lost in, at least the downtown store (there are a few).
reading frenzy is good if you're into diy zine culture and whatnot. also a lot of anarchist reads.

Hoping the weather is not too bad, but not holding my breath. Rain or shine, I will be on my bike cruising around. (It cant be too much worse than it is currently here in SF.)

I was in SF two days ago and now back in Portland. The weather is pretty much the same, just about 10 degrees cooler here.
No rain in the forecast for the weekend, but that doesn't mean anything.

Kennedy School is awesome. Its a converted public school with a different bar in every classroom and a pool. Bring your towel!

I believe they also do these clown party bike rides every month. Look out! 40 clowns in a strip club is pretty bizarre.

Molly the Jolly Clown live in my hood here in P-Town. Sometimes I see her smoking cigs leaning up against her 70s child molester van. I have nightmares about it.
