Hello Folks, I am doing an illustration which is being converted to a logo, so black and white.
However it loses all it's depth when just becoming black and white. My question is:
How many shades of balck do you think i can get away with?
currently have 100% black
75% and 50% will they show up in printing?I don't have much experience in print or any...

guess it's too late to tell you always to make your logo in b/w first!!

When it was commissioned it was as a illustration, which i suggested converting to black and white so i could be used at smaller sizes.
I guess it's not really a logo in the normal sense, just trying to help the client out.

(and don't do it in photoshop like i did for this example only)
