Best Site....

  Hi people,

  I am in the process of designing a web interface for a consultancy firm. I was just wondering if anyone had any links to sites that have a good user interface. By interface I mean the little graphics that really finish off a site, I quite like this one:

  Its XHTML Strict too. I am not looking for Flash based sites, just good sites that use subtle imagery to finish off the design.
