no smoking will be allowed, which would make for some awkward moments for those non-smokers who entire the restroom and see ten or so people in there.
those non-smokers will then forego using the facilities out of fear that they could get caught in there and fine -- or arrested! the smokers would then have a good laugh over that for a few seconds before continuing their soulless existence working for the man.
