  Got a few queries for anyone who's selling their art on Startmobile.

  1.What are your legal protection, in terms of is the wallpapers designed only to be sold and distributed in north america by them only?

  2. What is the commission breakdown for artists?

  I'm in a similar situation where i created a animated character for the mobile market, and pitched the idea to a distributor and now the contract of distribution is stated as "Engaged Work". But i created it and sought them to be the distributor and now it seems more like a work-for-hire.

  Guys, please advise on this if you have any thoughts.
