Look at that page in IE, why is there no scrollbar? I assume it's something to do with the hack i'm using for my navigation div to be "position:fixed"

Doesn't like that DIV layout I guess.

maybe you have to do it in frames
unless you don't mid that nav scrolling away when someone scrolls down
