i really miss sierra nevada and rogue brews from oregon.
there are some lovely ones here, too, though. i had a ruby from sussex at the market porter a while back that was luscious. but st. peter's does a nice ruby as well.
there was an organic pale from yorkshire last night called fool's gold that was mellow and a bit spicy. yum.
ach. four-pint hangover! thy name is injustice!

recently i tried this canadian beer called Maudite, brewed by Unibroue. quite a unique taste, and an interesting story of how a group of lumberjacks sold their souls to the devil for some beer on the packaging.

(Mar 1 06, 21:29)Maudite is fantastic, especially when you get to the bottom of the bottle and there's tons of yummy settiment. La Fin du Monde is also nice, brewed byt Unibroue..

Dogfish Head - 60 Minute IPA (a recent discovery. it's damn good. there is a 90 Minute as well that is considered a "high gravity" beer but the store was out at the time. i shall try it soon.)
Duck Rabbit - Amber
i could go on and on and on. i'll be setting up a home brew kit in the next couple of months. should be fun.
