Is there any you can suggest? I'm using Advanced Emailer, but not sure what else is out there.

http://www.campaignmonitor.com is cheap and has a great interface.

trust me, I've used most of them and by far http://www.constantcontact.com is the cheapest and the most tweakable. Includes reports and massive customization.
