I am looking for a website that has information about the print process and all the different options (foil, stamp, letterpress, emboss, etc etc etc). I just want to see what's possible because I am working on some new business card designs.

there's a couple of good books, one about production process can't remember what its called sorry, and another called digital graphic design which has all the processes catagorized between pre production and production stages. if you find anything out about embossing give us a shout because im looking into that for my stationery in the future.

Try getting some literature from some of the paper companies. There is a free book called Design Basics Prepress from International Paper that seems to be a great overview.
