...does anyone know what the score is when it comes to football team badges for use in sites?
What I mean is I have been asked about creating a unofficial site for someone - and they want to include the crest of a premiership footy team as part of the header.
Would this result in a good slapping of the wrists or is there a resource that you can download and use team badges?
My first thought is they must all be copyrighted to the eyes.
Any ideas?

YOU CAN GET MOST OF THE PREMIERSHIP LOGOS AT:

...but would the FA or club/s come crashing down on someone that was using the badge?
or could one use say a pin badge of that team badge?
or is it same thing different packet?
