Cold Fusion Hosting... Who do you/should I use? Company that I signed up with is on my last nerve. I called for customer service on Saturday and the tool on the other end of the phone was lecturing me about how I need to leave my phone number at the beginning of my phone message because he couldn't hear it at the end of the message, so he had to rewind it and listen to the whole message again. That plus this guttery NY accent that made me feel like I was bartering with a fuckin ticket scalper outside of a Yanks game. Customer service is key, why don't ppl understand that?

I don't recommend CFMResources. I called them for weeks and left messages and noone ever answered, the mailbox was always full and noone called me back. I finally called and said keep my refferal $ as my last payment and still noone contacted me. It is pretty bad when noone in the billing dept will answer your calls.

yeah, I can just imagine that the servers, billing dept., cust. service and tech's are all in one 50' x 50' warehouse room.
