Im down, hux.
JazX, you should see the pubs here on St. Patrick's day.

Milwaukee is weird, in the summertime if you stub your toe, they block off the street and sell beer in plastic cups for three days.

hahaha
there are plenty of irish pubs. almost all of them open at 6 am for eggs and guiness. last year, reps from miller were hanging out at one of the bars we went to, and bought all our beers.

- DrHuxtable0
the oktober fest street thing last year was shit. it was overshadowed by an opening of the buckhead saloon ... wtf. everyone goes to LaCrosse. not sure why. although, i did hear the band playing at oktoberfest doing a cover of 2 live crew's 'me so horny.' not making that up.

The Jazz estate is supe close to my hotel.
I've been chilling at the Nomad the last couple of nights, heard there is live music in that tiny place sometimes.

Come down to Chicago.
- mrdobolina0
I saw Lucky Dube and Eek a Mouse at the Nomad once.
Hooligan's is on North Ave. about a block from the Estate. On a corner with a big neon sign. Good place for pub style food.

drhuxtable lives on the same block as the Nomad.

Wayne Campbell: So, do you come to Milwaukee often?
Alice Cooper: Well, I'm a regular visitor here, but Milwaukee has certainly had its share of visitors. The French missionaries and explorers began visiting here in the late 16th century.
Pete: Hey, isn't "Milwaukee" an Indian name?
Alice Cooper: Yes, Pete, it is. In fact, it was originally an Algonquin term meaning "the good land."
Wayne Campbell: I was not aware of that.
Alice Cooper: I think one of the most interesting things about Milwaukee is that it's the only American city to elect three Socialist mayors.
Wayne Campbell: [to the camera] Does this guy know how to party or what?
