idea factory?

  I read in a creative motivation book that I should be free with my ideas and give them all away, as more shall sprout forth and my mind will fill with ideas.

  It seems to be working but I cant help but think I should be getting paid by the idea rather than the hour. I am stomping on this greed but what if it overcomes me?

  but seriously, yesterday: briefed at 2.30pm, 12 ideas by 4.30, 8 selected and visualised by 7.00pm

  today: briefed at 3.30pm, 6 ideas by 4.30, 4 selected and visualised by 7.00pm

  I seem to be supplying the company with almost ALL their ideas, and yet I am 'just a freelancer'
