I need a nice one. Got a big interview lined up next week and I need to redo my entire book this weekend.
Anyone know a place in LA that I can buy a nice book? Looking for one that'll hold 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17...preferably the first. Most of my work is 8.5 x 11.
Where can I get one?

i just got one at aaron brothers tonight. they have a couple nice ones. i like simple, so i got one that was just the typical black plastic cover with the clear sleeves. 8.5x11. they also have 9x12 and 11x14

Just yesterday I got an 11x17 book by Prat with an extra 10 sheets for like 50 bucks.
I had an ITOYA 14x17 but it's all fucked up and kinda heavy. This new one is light, refilable, has spirals so it opens flat (unlike Itoya) and it's metallic gray.

http://www.itoya.com/index.htmTons of people, including ex-classmates and former instructors always either recomended or had itoya books. They are not beautiful but are ok and they are not that pricey.

PaperHaus is good...
although I once ordered from them, they screwed part of my order up, (sent me the wrong sleeves for my book) but the let me keep the sleeves.
Plus their customer service seemed cool and down to earth.
