i need some sort of table to explain to a client the pros and cons of using html or flash. is there a good document online that does this well? they are not very tech literate or interested but need to understand the inherent development & resources, budget differences...

Only downside is that the article's from '03 but the priniples remain the same although flash has come on a lot since then. Hope that helps!
