Elements vs Photoshop

    Hi guys. I'm gonna buy 2 copies of Photoshop for 2 guys on my team. They have to take images from manufactureres, Save a copy as a CMYK TIFF or EPS for use in print publishing, and also rezize them to low res RGB GIFs. My Tech guy wnats to know if Photoshop Elemnts can do the job instead of Photoshop full. I am reading the specs right now, but wanted to consult you guys for a second opinion. Any thought?
