Awww man I just got this new monitor in hopes of getting rid of my grain/flicker problem when I hook up dual monitors with my laptop...but of course that wasn't the case.

It neeeever used to do it :(.
Anything I can do?I downloaded the latest drivers and stuff and I heard something about OpenGL Stereo... no idea about that.

besides the drivers... did you try updating the firmware for you video card?
I was having a number of oddities w/my dual monitors - also getting those openGL errors (there's a bunch of openGL errors that affect a number of different Apps differently - but you can usually get passed them by updating the firmware)...
... anyway - that's my two pennies.
