Currently wrapping up recording of a new album, said to be harder and with more than a little nod to their roots a la 'flick of the switch'.
No release date - possible the end of the year - but a world tour will surely follow, and I will be there with bells on.

man that brings back memories..i remember overhearing my mom talking to my grandma (i musta been about gradee 5 or so) and my mom saying 'oh it's horrible...he's listening to some awful rock and roll about someone having the biggest balls in town...'
never fogotten how funny i thought that was...my mom thought this crazy rock music was ruining me..
now my dad thinks thunderstruck is one of the alltime best rock songs...
times change and so do people..
my mom still thinks big balls is highly innappropriate tho

I was thinking about that when Big Balls came on as i was driving my son home from school yesterday. We were talking about homework and I didn't realise it had come on till the chorus - so I changed it quickly and he asked me why.
I changed the subject to chocolate quick as I could cos I knew what was coming would be a barrage of inquisitive questions.
"Why'd you change the song"
"What's it about"
"Why does he have big balls?"He does like his AC'DC tshirt I got him though - even if he doesn't yet get the music...

on not big on these old time bands still thinking they can produce good and new music, just based upon what they did in the past.

:)i'm fortunate in that my kid is still only 2 and a half..so i have a while before those kinda questions start cropping up..
you however, got to jump ahead on that one...
write down any good advice you come up with, it's only gonna be a few years before i'll need to know that sorta stuff....
