Hi,
a friend of mine is just starting a new job, writing copy for the Citizen's Advice Bureau (uk), they have never written web copy before, and i was wondering whether or not any of youse lot had some handy resources, or book titles or anything that might come in handy.Already recommended is

Start collecting your junk mail, specifically direct response letters and such. There's some really good copywriting in there.
