I have been seing alot of t-shirts lately with the gold foiled look on the design or lettering. How do they do that or what kind of place would I go to get that done to my shirts?

I had some tees printed with foil a while ago, and I had to send them back because some of them were flaking and the couple I kept didn't last much more than a wash without looking shitty.

Is that just the typical result with shirts that have that or was it just because of who printed them?
Did the place have a website i could check out?

you might try specifying a metallic ink

I asked the printer and they said they had silver ink which is what the limited edition shirts I did are on but I was wanting to have a shiny gold fold printed shirt soon and have no idea where to look.

its called a foiil print.
i think it was cool, but its completely reached saturation.

we do it at our job, but you may need to order a certain minimum...
it's not on our site yet...but we just got some foil and the glue chemical that is screenprinted on..
it's like making a kisscut then peeling it off and having the glued areas of the foil left.
call one or our salespeople.
