minor things
spacing in between columns of links is off
you don't need to repeat the word 'items' .. simply 2 or 14 is enough
projects a projects b aren't very exciting titles
it would be nice to see more color on the table of contents .. maybe bring the white box up and show some of the beige background color
just my thoughts. otherwise it's perfectly navigable

nice site design... clean, concise, and original.
also, nice work on the site. i actually sat through your entire showreel, which i rarely do now-a-days. its good to see to mix of mediums on the reel, especially the interactive stuff.

Good work, but i don't particularly like the flashing cross (loader)..

bobby sinclair is probably Australia's best serious multimedia developer/designer >> However I still believe his best work was "Igloo Meltdown" and his unfinished opus "Reject" the beatnik director sequencer comes a close second...

also a few points if you are looking for improvements..
1. keep the nav visible at all times.. its easy to get lost and a pain to keep re-opening it
2. make you scroll more consistent with UI conventions.
3. try to get the back button working.. its not that hard.
that said. its one of the best flash folios i have seen in a long time

tight...love the flexibility with screen size...i agree with the comments about more engaging titles and the blinking x...the only issue i see is the inconsistency of the cursor style on links, some turn to the hand while others do not...leads to some slight confusion as to what is clickable...great site and beautiful work

Thanks so much to everyone for all that encouragement and well observed feedback. Really helpful, I never expected to get that much response. I'm gonna be taking it on board and do some tidying and tweaking.

Thanks .. Short answer re database driven is no. I built it to be but then never implemented .. I am just storing all the content items as objects in an array. Just created a functions for date sorting and another to search keywords associated with each object and build a categories list based on that ..
