From time to time everyone enjoys a good practical joke, but with a new law that was recently passed, sending a 'joke' via email or phone could land you jail time. The new bill, H.R. 3402 extends the existing law in place to prosecute those who make obscene, harassing, or "annoying" email ... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAAAAHHH.
In other news congressman Randy Novak said "It is unlikely that the government will follow through with prosection of this loophole, the FBI is more concerned with larger issues such as: Steroid Usage, Cocaine and Ecstacy Usage, Sexual Harrasment in the Workplace, Importing eastern european hookers, etc. "
