On here was posted a link to some plugin that created the thin lines on bank notes. Obviously now it is gone cause of the crappy 3 month rule!!

if you have a digital printer nearby (i.e. Kinko's, Sir Speedy, etc.) they usually have blank certificate paper with the detailed backgrounds on them.

I need to design something from scratch, based around our 'corporate look'...
