the kama sutra itself is kind of cool, but you need a solid introduction to kundalini and tantrism before you can really do that stuff properly.
the smallest pranayama and banda techniques can really make a huge difference. you'd be surprised.

aw, yeah, tk. if you have a solid hatha or astanga practise under your belt, moving on to working with pranayama and kundalini shouldn't be too much of a leap for you. good luck and enjoy!
