it's not going to be much warmer than cologne at the moment! barcelona is having a cold snap.
you're a bit early for carnaval...
usually it's starting to be the time of year for the traditional catalan calcotada, but with all the snow i'm not sure the calcots will be very good. ask around when you get there.

yeah, that's what i'm saying. during carnaval you get wicked parties, but now, as far as i know, there's just the normal average wicked club scene happening.
