Can anyone reccomend a resource or good book on the topic of creative dept. management, managing clients, or elements of a successful creative team. I'm the only in-house creative here (been a year today actually) and my long term task is to build a full dept. Tired of getting my ass chewed on by account reps doing their "my shit is higher priority than his shit" shit.

Also looking for info on succesful practices for managing your team, and managing client relationships in a larger context. I'm sure there is a lot of thought on the subject, but could use some good reccomendations.
