+ consider the shading in the logo is going to take this card from a simple 1C job to a 2C or 4C process.

yeah im going to use a full white logo i think just when I made the logo they seemed to like the 3d trendy thing thats on now that they saw before. So I made it that way.

Also anyone know how well GILLS SAN and HELEVETICA NEUE print at 7pt font using the light version of the font?

(Jan 30 06, 19:53)i usually drop a 0.1 - 0.2pt stroke on a light font dropped out at that size. the heavy ink surrounding will fill in.
just watch the stroke doesn't get all ragged when you outline at that size.

no sorry I just forgot to use the proper logo in that instance. Sorry my bad i was rushing to try to get a respinse since you guys are giving me some good adivce.
so the client will see it with the white. :)

I like the second one with caps, is the contact info at the base a lighter font than the "print + web"

this should be it. I changed the font completely and made the logo white like it should be. I think I like the 4th the best. Let me know.

on 3 and 4 the logo isn't centered within itseslf
4 is the best thus far
why does it say "businesses."?
first off i don't like the period (that's just me)
second, why isn't it just "Business"

the new font is much better too, matches up with the shield shape.

for the record, i was fine with the mixed fonts. wouldnt mind seeing the tagline a might bit heavier.

i think they want the period there cause its a statement.
and im not sure if saving small business makes sense. i think businesses is correct.
