Random Icon - Mac?

This strange icon in the image below has appeared on my mac. Haven't got a clue what it's for and how to get rid of it. Could anybody tell me what it is? Can't click on it either. Can't drag it off like the other icons, when I click on the apple key either.

its not something to do with iDisk is it? like it starts spinning when you synch or something?

thats a generic mac symbol for when a character is missing, esp. foreign characters.
dunno what its doing in your dock tho.

Been messing around with my font files if that's got anything to do with it? Just cleared my font files with font explorer and reinstalled my fonts.
